Law Enforcement Luncheon

You are cordially invited to join us for the inaugural Exploring Law Enforcement Luncheon Friday, September 13th at the F.O.P. headquarters in Westerville (6800 Schrock Hill Court, Columbus, 43229). This luncheon provides students interested in Law Enforcement careers the opportunity to learn more about the field from Law Enforcement Professionals from Central Ohio’s police agencies and departments. Local colleges and universities will also have booths set up to provide students with information about their after graduation opportunities to study criminal justice and enroll in Law Enforcement programs. In addition, students will have Law Enforcement professionals sitting with them during lunch to answer any questions they may have about the profession. Major Jim Gilbert, from the Franklin County Sherriff’s department and former Explorer, will be our guest speaker to enlighten the students on how Exploring helped him reach his career aspirations. Students and parents are FREE to attend, but space is limited. Click HERE to register now!

Through the partnerships with central Ohio’s law enforcement agencies, the Exploring Law Enforcement program provides young people the chance to gain first-hand experience in law enforcement as well as the opportunity to network with professionals in that field. The law enforcement field continues to expand, and the Exploring program helps young men and women gain the experience they need to compete for jobs in this industry.
