Workforce Development staff in the Learning for Life/Exploring Division of the Simon Kenton Council are responsible for the overall growth, extension, quality, and program enhancement of the Exploring program throughout central Ohio. The staff help organize and support the volunteer resources necessary to deliver the Exploring program and provide youth with career awareness opportunities. The Simon Kenton Council, BSA, provides administrative and financial support for the workforce development staff.
